Le Baron Philippe Sereys de Rothschild, fils ainé de Philippine de Rothschild accompagnait Frédéric Mairesse et l’équipe ASC pour la première fois à Hong Kong afin de présenter la formidable histoire des champagnes Barons de Rothschild au sein de sa Famille. Après une conférence de presse organisée avec les journalistes spécialistes de Hong Kong, le Baron s’est rendu au Mandarin resort, au HK Jockey Club, au HK Club, au China Club où un accueil très chaleureux lui a été réservé. Un diner de gala s’est tenu au Shangri La Island mercredi soir où le discours du Baron de Rothschild sur le champagne a fait forte impression sur les invités. Jeudi soir, c’est au Sky Dining restaurant à 400 mètres du sol que le Baron a convié une dizaine de clients VIP pour un diner d’exception. Les Champagnes et les grands crus de la Famille ont accompagné ces magnifiques évènements.
