Le Palais des grands crus de Ficofi porte bien sont nom. Pour l’édition 2013 le Petit Palais des Champs Elysées s’est encore transformé en caverne d’Ali baba, avec les plus grands vins de la planète sur de grands millésimes et de nombreux format déraisonnables. Plus de 60 propriétaires et patrons des maisons avaient répondues présents pour une rencontre au sommet de l’œnologie mondiale . Après un déjeuner privé entre les professionnels au Bristol, la dégustation du petit Palais était sans nul doute la plus belle au monde dans un lieu féérique. Ensuite, le diner au Doyen préparé par Christian Le Squer, 3 macarons Michelin pour 650 convives relevait de l’exceptionnel. Le Champagne Barons de Rothschild Blanc de blancs était à l’honneur sur le premier plat du festin, une mousseline d’oursins truffée…
