Pour la première fois aux Etats Unis, les Champagnes Barons de Rothschild sont présentés à la Wine Expérience. Les Chefs Daniel Boulud, Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse and José Andrés s’en sont donnés à cœur joie pour régaler les convives. José Andrés a proposé un Jambon Bellota et un tartare de Thon où le Champagne Barons de Rothshchild a excellé.
For the first time in the USA, the Champagnes Barons de Rothschild were presented at the Wine Experience. The Chefs Daniel Boulud, Charlie Trotter, Emeril Lagasse and Jose Andres have imaginated very special meals for their guests.
José Andres proposed a Bellota ham and a tuna fish tartare to pair perfectly with Champagne Barons de Rothschild.
