Thibaut Sombardier, from Lyon, who has been trained at Larivoire in Rillieux-la-Pape, to Paris at the Meurice, to the Carré des Feuillants, then at the Trou Gascon, who cares about marking his territory. An accurate service, whithout loosing the sensé of control, while in cuisine, the best seafood are treated with delicacy. You could taste a glass of our cuvée Rosé with fine dishes. The service performed by Pierre and Frédéric is made with delicacy and refinement, a young and dynamic team surrounds Thibault. Congratulations and thanks to them.
