The Hôtel des Arts team, loyal partner of the Champagne Barons de Rothschild, likes to spoil its customers and this year it’s done again. In a sparkling atmosphere, a wonderfully decorated dining room, the Rothschild cuvees have found their own pairing with each dish concocted by the Chef and his exceptional brigade. From the fine Rothschild bubbles to the great Mouton wines everything was perfect. Even crazier ideas for the 2020 edition are already in the drawers, but you’ll have to be patient!
