The Singapore Ritz is an institution and a great place of gastronomy. It was at the Pavilion* this year that guests of the Ritz could enjoy a dinner where the Barons de Rothschild Champagnes perfectly married to a particularly elaborate Chinese cuisine. A preview before the end of the year celebrations where the Rothschild cuvees will again be highlighted on all the hotel’s menus.
