Dinner in the sky

In the sky of Reims, a table for 22 people is suspended in the air. On Friday evening, in the middle of the table was a kitchen area where Chef Buron from the Chabichou** restaurant could prepare and serve an exceptional meal in front of the guests.

The prestigious chef from Courchevel was at the controls of the gondola to create a menu to match the food and champagne from the Barons de Rothschild vintages.

We would like to thank the city of Reims and the Mille & Un association for allowing us to take part in this unique experience 50 meters above the ground.
