Annual champagne dinner organised by The Real Rewiew at The Charles restaurant in Sydney

At the end of October, The Real Review held its annual Champagne dinner at The Charles brasserie in Sydney. For the occasion, the chefs created each dish around cuvées from different Champagne Houses. Our Concordia Brut was wonderfully paired with a lobster Agnolotti and citrus.
