Beverly Hills – Wolfgang Puck – Champagne Barons de Rothschild

At the heart of Beverly Hills at Spago with the famous Chef Wolfgang Puck who leads numerous TV programs in the USA, the house Rothschild presented its range of Champagne and its specificities to the restaurant owners and the wine merchants of Los Angeles. After a delicious aperitif accompanied with the Brut and the Blanc de blancs, the Special cuvee Vintage 2008 served on the Chirashi Sushi of the Chef Puck, gave shivers to all the dinner guests! The braised beef short Ribs married to Chateau l’Evangile 2001 and Duhart-Milon 2008, was completed. Finally, the panna cotta on a delicate marmalade orange zest with Champagne Barons de Rothschild rose concluded this lunch on a touch of freshness and exceptional elegance.
