Champagne Barons de Rothschild was hosting an exclusive experience dinner in New York with the presence of great chefs, wine directors and press from NYC.
This event wasn’t only about champagne it was about Champagne & Caviar with our partner for the night, Antonius Caviar.
During this evening our 30 guests were able to experiment a 5 courses dinner, offering outstanding cooking pairing with Champagne Barons de Rothschild, starting with the brut and finishing with the Rare Collection 2012.
We would like to thank the Chef Tara Khattar. Lebanese born, US based Chef. Top Chef France contestant and two-time Chopped champion on food network, who was behind this exceptional event at the Chef’s Dinner Table.
The experience is set to be different and uniquely personal. The theme is to feel as though you are part of a dinner party in a very special home. The kitchen is semi open which allows for a closer look into the “Behind the scenes” preparations.
Such a pleasure for hosting amazing guests from all the best restaurants, hotels in the city as Baccarat Hotel, Sushi Nakazawa, Boucherie, Minetta Tavern, La Goulue, Hudson Clearwater…
But also, personality as Andre Mack, Rita Jammet or the owner Gautier and Ahsley from Appartment 4F.
