In an atmosphere spring inhabitant of the Champagne region, Gérard Margeon and Charles Chevallier (DBR Lafite) found themselves in the cellars of Champagne Barons of Rothschild to visit and participate in a session of tasting of the still wines 2016 and reserve wines to prepare the blanc de blancs blend. Guillaume Lété, new Chef de Caves of the house Rothschild shared its passion and the difficulties of the art of the assembly brilliantly!
