You simply must check out the Hotel Le Monêtier, known as Le M, in the village of Monêtier-les-Bains, in the valley of Serre-Chevalier. It is a very vibrant hotel boasting a panoramic restaurant, Le Stabatio, with a 150m2 terrace facing the Glacier, local cuisine and a cosy bar where you can kick back, relax and put the world to rights! Alexandra and Guillaume set up there in 2018. After years in Paris, they were seeking a new challenge in the heart of the Southern Alps. We are delighted that this young couple is our Ambassador in the valley.
