Le Beau Rivage ***** Baghera/Wines Club 1865

Michael Ganne and the Baghera/wines 1865 Club members made no mistake when settling at the foot of the Beau Rivage Geneva. The whole Beau Rivage is at home at the Club! Hence the Chat-Botté chef Dominique Gauthier * took out the brigade to prepare an outstanding dinner, with the Barons de Rothschild champagnes sharing the table with amazing bottles brought by the members themselves from their personal cellars. “Unforgettable!” we heard for this first big dinner at the Club 1865, “Fantastic!” for the Barons de Rothschild champagnes.
