La Famille Rothschild était bien présente, avec le Château Lafite, Le Château Mouton Rothschild ainsi que les Champagnes de la Famille qui ont pu être appréciés à la fois lors de la dégustation inoubliable du petit Palais mais aussi par les 550 convives du fameux trois macaron Le Doyen.
