Shanghai – 100% Champagne Asia

Lei Meng, founder of “Sparkling Plus” based in Champagne and Asia, is now recognized as one of the world’s leading ambassadors for Champagne. In a spirit of promoting and discovering champagnes in China, Lei and her team once again organized the 100% Champagne Show, with a series of well-organized events: Master Class, gala dinners with Michelin-starred chefs, Salon du Champagne, and awards for the best champagne promoters in China. All families of Champagne actors were represented, and they were delighted with the quality of the 700 visitors and the many qualitative exchanges during these two full days.
