To celebrate its 125th anniversary, Suntory has given itself a majestic eponymous restaurant in the heart of Shanghai’s new CITIC Pacific Plaza shopping mall. A magical place where the group’s whiskies rub shoulders with Champagne Barons de Rothschild to accompany the compositions of Executive Chef Junichi Honda, a master of Japanese cuisine. Sashimi of the highest quality, pots of bubbling sukiyaki overflowing with Wagyu, flame-smoked cuts of seafood and the rarest sushi rolls paired wonderfully with the Rothschild cuvées for the great pleasure of the restaurant professionals invited by the House.
