Singapore 20th World Summit of the Gastronomy

At the heart of Singapore, the knowledge of the best Spore Chefs associated to their Europeans Friend names (Arnaud Bignon **, Julien Lemarié *, Nacho Menzano ***, Takagi Kazuo **, Javier Aranda *, Retho Mathis), made the World gastronomy shine under the colors of Champagne Barons of Rothschild. A first dinner piloted in duet by Christopher Millar and Retho Mahis at the incredible Altitude 1 (the highest restaurant of Singapore at more than 280 meters in height), was imagined with the Champagne Barons de Rothschild served only in magnum. The second dinner took place in Lewin Terrace prepared by Julien Lemarié, French Michelin Star, delighted the guests of Air France impressed by Barons de Rothschild Champagne. The 20th birthday of the World Gourmet Summit managed by Peter Knipp and his team, stay one of the most beautiful showcase to the Asiatic and Western gastronomy, around very good bottles for the pleasure of all.
