Xiamen – Champagne Barons de Rothschild in the Sky!

It was a wonderful afternoon in Xiamen with all our guests coming for the Grand Opening of Sky Dining! In exclusive partnership with Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and Champagne Barons de Rothschild, Sky Dining is the place to be in Xiamen, in the south of China, to be part of an incredible dining and gustative experience surrounded by the mountains, with a breathtaking view on the sea and the islands all around. This place opened for the summer season, is managed by Loïc, an ambitious and creative Chef who owns a restaurant in town called F. Bistrot with a selection of wines ranked as one of the best one in China, a nice bar F. Spirit and a bakery. Proud ambassador of the French « Art de vivre » and its culture, it was with a great pleasure to be part of this opening with a free flow Champagne Barons de Rothschild with Caviar alongside the pool. In the evening, an amazing sunset helped to set up a warm and festive atmosphere meanwhile enjoying a glass of Champagne and some oysters, only few hours before Les Blues became World Champion!
