Tasting
Eyes
Limpid and pure, with a silky, pale gold colour and a very fine effervescence.
Nose
The first nose is very pure and straightforward, full of minerality and salinity, accompanied by notes of white-fleshed fruit such as nectarine and peach.
Palate
On the palate, the attack is fresh and delicate, revealing an elegant salinity, full of tension. Richly aromatic, its natural sweetness reveals freshness and delicacy, without bitterness. The finish is very rich, precise and juicy.
